Action
Check that there is voltage (24 VAC) on terminals 1 and 2.
Replace OJ GreenZone™ Master.
Check that the LAN cable has been connected correctly at both ends.
Replace LAN cable.
Check the static IP address setting on the OJ GreenZone™ Master.
The IP address is factory pre-configured to "Static" IP address 192.168.1.101.
Check the static IP address setting on the PC network card.
The IP address on the PC network card must be different from the IP address above.
Set the IP address on the PC's network card, e.g. 192.168.1.100.
Enter the correct IP address in the web browser: 192.168.1.101.
Try again with another PC.
Replace OJ GreenZone™ Master.
Check that the Modbus cable has been connected correctly at both ends.
Replace Modbus cable.
Check the Modbus communication setup and Modbus addresses – see the installer instructions.
