Troubleshooting
This section contains important information on fault identification and
rectification . Follow the instructions to avoid hazards and damage .

Do not attempt to open the device!

There are no parts inside the device which can be cleaned
or maintained . Opening the device will cause irreparable
damage to the device .
The following table will help you locate and correct any problems:

Increase the volume
on the soundbar,
in your computer's
audio settings, or on
the playback device .
Make sure the
soundbar, playback
device, or micro-
phone is turned on .
