Above-sink installation
The tank can be drained through the discharge nozzle by turning the blow-off button of
the combined safety valve (item 4, Figure 3) in the direction indicated by the arrow or
lifting the lever. Before discharging water, close the closing valve of the water network
and the cold water tap, but leave the hot water tap open throughout the time of
discharging.
Under-sink installation
Mount a fitting flexible hose on the discharge nozzle of the combined safety valve,
which is long enough to reach under the tank. Next, close the closing valve (item 1,
Figure 4), open the safety valve by turning the blow-off button, and then open one of
the hot water taps and blow in it using a pump. The siphon effect will pump the water
out of the tank.
