incorrect use, installation or transport of the product;

components or accessories subject to rapid wear and tear (electrode
cups, elastic bands); defects caused by external agents (dirt visible
externally and internally, traces of corrosion);
•
defects due to causes independent of the manufacturer, such as
power supply voltage step changes, natural phenomena or disasters,
fires, actions by animals, insects etc.
•
complaints for defects found by the Purchaser that are made after
the expiry of the guarantee period or any other period established by
the law for reporting any defects;
•
use of the product by the Purchaser not for personal (domestic) use
but for commercial and profit-making purposes.
Conditions for the return of a defective product
Defective products will be accepted only if clean and complete, in the origi-
nal packaging, together with the certificate of guarantee correctly filled in
and the commercial and financial documents (cash receipt of the store,
delivery note) that prove the purchase. Please attach a description of the
