Grinder DBS125-20 is equipped with the protection guard
④ which can be opened to reach places very close to the
walls and corners.
• Drag the moving part ⑤ in the direction A and then turn it
in the direction B until the end, to lock it.
• Close the moving part ⑤ for grinding even planes.
• Rotate moving part ⑤ in the direction C till end to restore
the original position.
! When the protection guard is opened be careful that the
particles do not enter your eye.
! Moving part ⑤ has to fit perfectly on the protection guard
④.
! Open part of the protection guard ④ must always be
turned away from the user.
Replacing the sealing, rubber ring ⑥ of the protection
guard ④ - Figure 5 to 7
Protection guard ④ is equipped with a rubber ring ⑥
which slides on the floor to prevent dust emission and to
prevent small pieces to fly out. Replace the sealing ring ⑥
when it is worn out.
Using of the vacuum cleaner
Grinding process produces a lot of dust. Use the
vacuum cleaner to prevent emission of the dust in the
neighbourhood..
• Insert the suction pipe in the suction outlet and fix it
with a light turning.
! Place the suction pipe so that it does not hinder the
grinding process..
! Use the vacuum cleaner class M.

OPERATION

Power supply voltage must correspond to the data
on the tool's nameplate. Power tools marked with
230V can also be connected to 220V mains. Power
tools marked with 120V can also be connected to
110V mains.

Start working only when the disc has reached its full
speed.
Excessive pressure on the tool will not improve either the
speed or the quality of the work. It will merely fatigue the
tool and shorten its service life.

In case the tool is jammed, immediately switch it off
and unplug it. Continue working only when the
cause of jamming has been removed.
!
Never cover ventilation slots on the motor housing.
Closed ventilation slots will cause motor overheating
and damage to the tool.

Maintenance and care
 Your tool does not need any special care, though in
time you should check the parts that will wear out under
normal working conditions. This includes checking and
replacing shut-off graphite brushes and the lubricant in
the reducing gearbox. We suggest that you contact our
authorized Service Centers.
Servicing

In case of electric or mechanical damage take the
power tool to one of the officially registered Hidria
Perles Service Centers. Each individual tampering
with the tool can be dangerous.
