What to do, if...
• you are unable to swing the swivel fil-
ter into the brewing position?
– Ensure that the filter insert is cor-
rectly positioned!
• the coffee runs into the jug too slowly?
– Clean the anti-drip valve!
– Descale the appliance (see instruc-
tions on descaling).
– Possibly use other paper filters.
Coffee jug
If you break your coffee jug, you can
purchase a replacement jug
(E-No. 407138479/8) at the appropri-
ate charge from your specialist dealer
or from the Customer Care Depart-
ment.
