Using cooktop burners

Cooktop valve levers have 3 positions: Off (
), max (big flame symbol) and min (small flame
symbol). After igniting the burner to "Max" position (as explained above), you can adjust the flame
length between "Max" and "Min" positions. Do not put the lever between the "Max" and "Off"
positions.
