Positioning of the limit switches
- Unblock the reduction gear by the special key.
- Manually carry the gate to the position of full closing.
- Fix temporarily the closing magnet (N) so that its position coincides
with the middle of the pinion gear (fig.8).
- Manually carry the gate to the position of full opening.
- Fix temporarily the opening magnet (S) so that its position coincides
with the middle of the pinion gear (fig.8).
- As the direction of the gate motion can change each time, verify
that the magnets operate the corresponding Limit-switches by
means the Led on the electronic card. If not, reverse the connection
of the wires black and brown.
Warning: the two limit switches must be fixed permanently to
the rack only after the final test of the automation.
Unblocking of the reduction gear
The manual unblocking causes the release of the reduction gear from
the wing, allowing the manual displacement of this one. It can be used
in case of electric voltage lack or of plant anomaly. The unblocking is
made through a key that is to be kept by user in a sure and easily
reachable place. In order to obtain the unblocking of the device,
proceed in the following way:

- Put the key into the lock and rotate it clockwise of 90° (fig. 9).
- Pull outwards the key until the stop of the panel in position
perpendicular to the engine (fig. 10). Now it is possible to manually
move the gate.
