- Before fastening the foundation plate, predispose one or more
sheaths for the passage of electric wires. The passage of wires is
to be matched with the fitted hole obtained in the plate.
- Fasten the anchoring plate to the concrete base through suitable
screws and blocks. It is advisable to use anti-vibration washers.
- Check the foundation plate is perfectly parallel to the supporting
surface.
If on the set up place there is not a foundation for the fastening of the
plate, go on as follows:
- Make a digging with a dimension fitted to contain the concrete base
for the anchoring plate.
- Make the sheaths of electric wires match with the special hole
obtained in the plate.
- Bend 90° downward the three fins obtained in the foundation plate.
- Pour the concrete in the digging and place the anchoring plate by
respecting the dimensions reported in fig. 2 and fig. 3.
Warning: the foundation plate is not to be fully dipped in the
concrete, but only until the low edge "K" (see fig.4).
- Make sure the foundation plate is perfectly parallel to the ground.
- Wait for the concrete to solidify.
