● Mount the spindle and the module onto the
clamping plate (see "Figure A").
It is possible to rotate the connector by loosening
the two screws that freeze the position (see
"Figure B").
Recommendations for cable management
● Plug the cable with help of TOP indication.
(see "Figure C").
The cable shall not apply traction to the tool.
Any traction force on the cable (even low
intensity depending on the cable orientation) can
generate a torque signal on the transducer.
The cable management must ensure no stress is
applied to the torque transducer. This statement
must be fulfilled at cycle start to avoid "offset
failure" error messages and absolutely secured
once the tightening job is running.
● Check the cables are long enough or clamp
the tool cable on the mounting plate (see
"Figure D").
● Do not set up the tool as described in
"Figure E".
CONTROL AND SOFTWARE
Power supply by means of CVI3 controller with
the appropriate embedded program version.

Overhaul and preventive maintenance
is recommended at regular intervals
once per year or after maximum

which occurs sooner.

tool.
Assembly and disassembly
● When disassembling/reassembling the tool,
take the following precautions:
