battery completely at the beginning and the
end of any lengthy period of non-use
(for instance in spring and summer).

Clean off any dirt or debris (e.g. sawdust,
chippings or plant residues) from the device.

Thoroughly clean the saw blade

Use a dry cloth to clean the outside of the
device - never use petrol, solvents or cleaners.

Disposal

disposed of at a local recycling centre.
