Important:
Do not use cables larger than 0,5mm² in area cross section
Push-buttons must use for switching ground signals only.
Push-button wire terminals may break easily come loose. Avoid Do not pulling or bending
theat connected cables
Fully tighten the terminal screws to avoid them coming loose . Otherwise they might touch the
handlebar and causinge a short cut.
To prevent damage, mount the push-buttons by hand into the mo.switch housing. Do not use
tools.
The gap for clamping is created by the front housing part (where the push-buttons are
locatedmounted). If the gap is appearing on top, rotate the front housingpart by 180°.
If using a mo.switch push-button rear housingside (mo.switch version with 3 push-buttons)
and are unable to achieve no clampingng can be achieved, rotate the front housingpart by
180°.
Installation
Step 1 of 3
Attach mo.switch front and rear housingpart onto the handle bar and tighten the clamping
screws slightly. Move the mo.switch to its final position and mark this position with a pen
as showed in the illustration on the right. Drill a 5mm hole at this position. Furthermore
drill another 5mm hole at bottom of the handle bar center. Deburr the resulting all holes
at the handle bar inside- and outside carefully by using a rounund file.

Remove the insulation of the cables ends and connect theose ends to the terminals.
Make sure the terminal screws are tightten and are not over elevateddo not stand to
much outside, otherwise they can interfere with can get in contact to the handle bar
and could case a short circuite. If required shorten the screws. TIf needed two push-
button terminals can also be combined with the delivered eyelet and attached with a
M3 screw to the inside M3 thread. If the mo.switch housing is anodized, remove the
anodizing layer at this location. Furthermore a ground connection between mo.switch
housing and hhandle bar must exist as well from handle bar to the vehicle
must exist .
Step 3 of 3
Route the cables through the hole into the handle bar and overtop the centre
bore to the outside. Apply front and rear mo.switch housing parts onto the
handlebar. Make sure the clamping gap is on theshowing to bottom and no cable
is pinched kinked in between. Adjust the mo.switch to its final position housing
and tighten the clamping screws with a maximumal torque of 4Nm.
