3.0 INSTALLATION UND INBETRIEBNAHME
3.6 Dichtheitsprüfung
1 Flaschenventile aller Vorratsflaschen öffnen (siehe
Bild 2)
– die Druckmesser an den Vorratsventilen V1–V4 zei-
gen den Druck der jeweiligen Vorratsflasche an.
2 Ein Vorratsventil öffnen – Eingangsdruckmesser GS
zeigt ebenfalls den Druck der Vorratsflasche an.
3 Überstromventil VO öffnen – Fülldruckmesser GF zeigt
den gleichen Druck an wie der Eingangsdruckmesser
GS.
4 Füllventil VF öffnen (VF1 und VF2 bei der DOB 200/
300).
5 Alle Verbindungsstellen von den Vorratsflaschen bis
zur Umfüllpumpe auf Dichtheit prüfen.
6 Flaschenventile aller Vorratsflaschen schließen – Füll-
druck-messer beobachten – der Druck darf innerhalb
von
5 Minuten maximal um 10 bar abfallen.
3.7 Funktionsprüfung verdichten
Eine geeignete Flasche (50 bar <=Flaschendruck= >
150 bar) dazu an die Füllleiste anschließen.
1 Ein beliebiges Ventil der Vorratsflaschen öffnen.
2 Überstromventil VO schließen!
3 Grünen Taster G drücken = Umfüllpumpe einschalten.
Grüne Kontrollleuchte leuchtet – Pumpe verdichtet,
wenn der Eingangsdruck über 50 bar (DOB 200) oder
100 bar (DOB 300) ist.
ACHTUNG!
Bei erster Inbetriebnahme: Drehrichtung des Motors
kontrollieren. Die Kühlluft muss fühlbar über die
vorderen Lüftungsschlitze angesaugt und nach hin-
ten ausgestoßen werden.
1 Not-Aus-Taster E auf Funktion prüfen, bevor die
Pumpe automatisch über den Maximaldruckschalter
im Fülldruckmesser ausgeschaltet wird.
2 Not-Aus-Taster wieder arretieren (Herausziehen) und
Pumpe nochmals einschalten.
3 Stop-Taster R auf Funktion prüfen.
4 Die Pumpe nochmals starten.
5 Die Anzeige am Fülldruckmesser steigt auf 220 bar
(bei der DOB 300 auf 330 bar).
Bei diesem Druck schaltet die Umfüllpumpe automa-
tisch ab.
Die grüne Kontrollleuchte erlischt.
3.0 INSTALLATION AND START-UP
3.6 Leak test
1 Open the cylinder valves of all gas cylinders (see figure
2)
– the pressure gauges on supply valves V1–V4 show
the pressure of the relevant cylinder.
2 Open one supply valve – the inlet pressure gauge GS
also shows the pressure of the supply cylinder.
3 Open the overflow valve VO – the filler pressure gauge
GF displays the same pressure as the inlet pressure
gauge GS.
4 Open filler valve VF (VF1 and VF2 on DOB 200/300).
5 Check that all connections from the supply cylinders up
to the transfer pump are free of leaks.
6 Close the cylinder valves of each supply cylinder –
watch the filling pressure gauge – the pressure must
not drop by more than max. 10 bar in 5 minutes.
3.7 Compression function test
Connect a suitable cylinder
(50 bar <=cylinder pressure= > 150 bar) to the filler
terminal.
1 Open any valve of the supply cylinder.
2 Close overflow valve VO.
3 Press the green button G = switch on the transfer
pump. The green indicator LED lights up – the pump is
compressing when the inlet pressure is more than
50 bar (DOB 200) or 100 bar (DOB 300).
CAUTION
On starting up for the first time: check the direction
of rotation of the motor. The cooling air must be
tangibly aspired via the front ventilation slots and
ejected towards the rear.
1 Check that the Emergency Stop button E is functioning
correctly before the pump is automatically switched off
by the maximum pressure switch in the filling pressure
gauge.
2 Deactivate the Emergency Stop button again (pull it
outwards) and switch the pump back on.
3 Check that stop button R is functioning correctly.
4 Start the pump again.
5 The display on the filling pressure gauge rises to
220 bar (or 330 bar on the DOB 330).
At this pressure, the transfer pump is automatically
switched off.
The green indicator light goes out.
