4.0 BETRIEB

4.2.2 Pumpen

(z. B. nach dem Überströmen aus Vorrat 1)
1 Grünen Taster G drücken = Umfüllpumpe einschalten.
2 Grüne Kontrollleuchte leuchtet.
Die Pumpe ist gegen Überhitzung (zu hohe Umge-
bungstemperatur oder zu niedriger Vorratsdruck über
eine längere Zeit) abgesichert. Bei einer Zylinderkopftem-
peratur über 90 o C schaltet die Pumpe automatisch ab
und eine Meldeleuchte im roten Taster (Stop) leuchtet
auf.
Bei Undichtigkeiten oder anderen Funktionsstörungen
sofort den Not-Aus Taster betätigen.
Gegebenenfalls Netzstecker ziehen.
Ist der gewünschte Druck erreicht:
3 Roten Taster drücken = Umfüllpumpe abschalten.
Beim Enddruck 220 bar schaltet die Umfüllpumpe
automatisch ab.
4 Wenn das Umfüllen abgeschlossen ist – das Füllventil
200 bar schließen!
4.2.3 Füllvorgang beenden
1 Ventile der gefüllten Sauerstoffflaschen schließen.
2 Entlastungsventil 200 bar öffnen bis der Druck abge-
baut ist – dann wieder schließen.
3 Gefüllte Sauerstoffflaschen vom Füllanschluss
abschrauben und sofort Füllanschlüsse und Flaschen-
ventile dichtsetzen.
4 Vorratsventil V1 schließen.
4.3 Die Kombination von Überströmen und
Pumpen
(Durchführung wie im Folgenden, wenn zu Beginn alle
Vorratsflaschen mit 200 bar gefüllt sind)
1 Überströmen aus Vorrat 1
2 Pumpen aus Vorrat 1 bis zum Enddruck 220 bar.
Ist der Druck im Vorrat 1 unter 155 bar gefallen:
1 Überströmen aus Vorrat 1
2 Pumpen aus Vorrat 1 bis zu einem Druck von 155 bar
3 Überströmen aus Vorrat 2
4 Pumpen aus Vorrat 2 bis zum Enddruck 220 bar.
Ist der Druck nach weiteren Umfüllvorgängen auf
110 bar im Vorrat 1 und auf 155 bar im Vorrat 2 gesun-
ken:
1 Überströmen aus Vorrat 1
2 Pumpen aus Vorrat 1 bis zu einem Druck von 110 bar
3 Überströmen aus Vorrat 2
4 Pumpen aus Vorrat 2 bis zu einem Druck von 155 bar
5 Überströmen aus Vorrat 3
6 Pumpen aus Vorrat 3 bis zum Enddruck 220 bar.
4.0 OPERATION

4.2.2 Pumping

(e.g. after overflowing from supply 1)
1 Press the green button G = switch on the transfer
pump.
2 The green indicator light comes on.
The pump is protected against overheating (excessive
ambient temperature or insufficient supply pressure over
a long period). At a cylinder head temperature above
90 o C the
pump is switched off automatically and an indicator light
in the red button (Stop) comes on.
In the event of leaks or other malfunctions, immediately
press the Emergency Stop button.
If necessary remove the power plug.
When the desired pressure has been attained:
3 Press the red button = switch off the transfer pump. At
a filling end pressure of 220 bar, the transfer pump is
automatically switched off.
4 When filling is complete, close the 200 bar filler valve.

4.2.3 Ending the filling process

1 Close the valves of the filled oxygen cylinders.
2 Open the 200 bar relief valve until the pressure is
released – then close again.
3 Unscrew the filled oxygen cylinders from the filler
connection and immediately seal the filler ports and
cylinder valves.
4 Close supply valve V1.

4.3 Combination of overflow and pumping

(Perform as specified below, if all supply cylinders are first
filled with 200 bar)
1 Overflow from supply 1
2 Pump from supply 1 until the filling end pressure
is 220 bar.
If the pressure in supply 1 falls below 155 bar:
1 Overflow from supply 1
2 Pump from the supply 1 until the pressure reaches
155 bar.
3 Overflow from supply 2
4 Pump from supply 2 until the filling end pressure
is 220 bar.
If the pressure falls to 110 bar in supply 1 and to
155 bar in supply 2 after further filling operations:
1 Overflow from supply 1
2 Pump from supply 1 up to a pressure of 110 bar
3 Overflow from supply 2
4 Pump from supply 2 up to a pressure 155 bar
5 Overflow from supply 3
6 Pump from supply 3 up to a pressure 220 bar.
