3.0 INSTALLATION UND INBETRIEBNAHME

3.3 Elektrischen Anschluss vornehmen

— Elektrischen Anschluss und Absicherung von einem
Fachmann unter Beachtung der örtlichen Vorschriften
durchführen lassen.
— Die Umfüllpumpe wird mit Anschlusskabel und CEE-
Stecker geliefert.
— Für den Anschluss die Schaltpläne und das Typen-
schild an der Umfüllpumpe beachten.
— Drehrichtung des Lüfterrades bzw. Motors unbedingt
kontrollieren. Lüftungsströmung von der Front- zu
Pumpenrückseite!
3.4 Gerät für den Betrieb vorbereiten
1 Netzstecker ans Netz anschließen und Hauptschalter
auf der Geräterückseite einschalten.
2 Alle Füllanschlüsse müssen mit den Dichtkappen ver-
schlossen sein.
3 Prüfen, ob alle Ventile der Umfüllpumpe geschlossen
sind.
4 Die rückseitige Klemmringverschraubung für Cu-Rohr
AD 8 mm zum gefahrlosen Entlasten des Sauerstoffs
aus dem Systems außerhalb des Raumes verwenden.
Raum immer gut durchlüften.
3.5 Umfüllpumpe und Installation prüfen
Bei erster Inbetriebnahme – später alle 100 Betriebsstun-
den und bei bestimmten Wartungs- und Instandsetzungs-
arbeiten.

3.3 Connecting the electricity supply

— The electrical connection and fuse protection must be
installed by a qualified electrician in accordance with
local regulations.
— The transfer pump is supplied complete with power
connection cable and CEE connector.
— For the electrical connection, please refer to the wiring
diagrams and nameplate on the transfer pump.
— The direction of rotation of the fan impeller or motor
must be checked. The ventilation airflow must be
channelled from the front of the pump to the rear.

3.4 Preparing the device for operation

1 Connect the power plug to the power supply and switch
on the main switch at the back of the device.
2 All filler ports must be sealed with sealing caps.
3 Check that all valves of the transfer pump are closed.
4 Use the screwed clamp-ring coupling for 8 mm OD
copper pipe at the back of the device to ensure safe
release of the oxygen from the system outside the
room. Always ventilate the room thoroughly.
3.5 Testing the transfer pump and
installation
The transfer pump and installation must be tested on
starting up for the first time – and subsequently every 100
operating hours and during specific maintenance and
repair operations.
