Recording an outgoing message

First at all you must record an outgoing message.
Example of an outgoing message: Hallo, leider können wir Ihren Anruf nicht persönlich entgegen
nehmen. Bitte hinterlassen Sie Ihre Nachricht und Telefonnummer nach dem Signalton."
1. Press and hold the S button. An acoustic signal is issued.
The outgoing message must be at least 3 seconds long and not longer than 30 seconds.
The length of the outgoing message is deducted from the maximum recording time. When
your outgoing message is 18 seconds, for example, then 14 minutes and 42 seconds remain
for incoming messages.
2. Speak your outgoing message into the microphone.
Keep a distance of about 15 cm from it.
3. To end recording, simply release the S button.
4. The outgoing message is automatically played back. The volume can be adjusted by pressing
the two arrow keys y and z.
You can play back your outgoing message at any time by pressing the S button briefly.
