1. The device is covered by a 12 month warranty, prescribed by the Civil Law (when filing a warranty
claim, the warranty card and the receipt or invoice must be attached). Other direct or indirect
bodily harm or material damage is not covered by the warranty.
2. The warranty does not cover damages originating from unprofessional use, device overloading,
disregard of the instructions in the manual, unauthorised repairs and modifications, normal wear
and damages from the transportation. Also, the warranty does not cover the following accessories:
ozone plate, fan, switches and regularly replaced parts.
3. The manufacturer and the distributor do no accept any responsibility for bodily harm or material
damage originating from any use not described in the manual, or from unauthorised modifications.
4. If the repair is not covered by the warranty, all costs (the repair itself, the transportation to the
shop, the transportation back) are to be covered by the customer.
5. The warrant period is extended by the time the device was in the service centre. If the repair or the
fault was covered by the warranty, the transportations costs are covered by the customer.
