Risk of Damage!
Improper handling of the device can lead to

▪ Do not put any hard food into the mixer,
such as coffee beans, candied sugar, bones,
nutshells, etc.
▪ Do not place the machine on water-sensitive
surfaces. Water spray may damage them

Unpacking

▪ Remove all packaging materials.
▪ Clean the potato grater (see "Cleaning and
Maintenance").

Potato Grater

The potato grater is particularly well suited for
grating raw potatoes. It is quick and easy to
make potato pancakes or potato dumplings in
this way. However, using the potato grater to
grate fresh parmesan cheese also has very good
results.
The potato grater is used and cleaned like one
of the discs supplied with the food proces-
sor- see operating instructions for the food
processor.
Use the speed level "I" for grating.

Cleaning and
Maintenance
Health hazard! Clean all parts immediately
after use and remove any remaining food
residue immediately.
Danger! Never wash or rinse the motor!
Do not submerge in water! Always remove the
power plug before cleaning.
Risk of injury! TThe cutting discs are sharp!
Do not touch! Proceed carefully when cleaning
the cutting discs!
Do not use any solvent-based, corrosive and
abrasive cleaning agents or cleaning utensils
(e.g. pot scourers or the like). These can scratch
the surface. The individual parts must be
completely dry before use.
▪ Clean the motor n with a slightly damp
cloth and dry fully.
▪ Thoroughly clean all other parts with rinsing
water and dry fully.
▪ Make sure that all locking and connecting
parts are free of food residue.

If there is a Problem

Faults can occur with all electrical devices. This
does not mean that there is a defect in the
device.
If the motor does not start, check whether all
accessories (container, lid, propulsion shaft,
tools) are properly mounted. There are several
safety switches that prevent the motor from
starting if not properly assembled.
If the fault cannot be corrected, please refer to
our hotline.
Risk!
Never attempt to repair the defective (or
thought to be defective) device yourself. You
can place yourself and subsequent users in
danger. Only authorised professionals are
authorised to carry out these repairs.
