Instructions for FatPak
Please refer to the illustrations in the back of this booklet.
1. Before first use, turn the white safety pin on the activating head of the
large foil bag in the direction indicated by the arrow in the drawing, then
remove and dispose of the pin (fig. 1).
2. Push both foil bags into the FatPak cartridge body. Be sure that the
cartridge body and activating head notches are aligned. This will ensure
optimum alignment of the outlet nozzles (fig. 2).
3. Press the activating heads onto the cartridge body until they lock firmly
into final position (fig. 3 & 4). The foil bags are automatically pierced by a
pin when the activating heads are pressed onto the cartridge body.
4. Insert the filled cartridge body into the automix unit.
5. Switch the device on and bleed about 1/4 inch of material to ensure even
flow of base and catalyst.
6. Assemble the dynamic mixer tip and close the locking clip for the mixer
located on the cartridge body. Note: Use only DenMat
mixer tips for optimum performance.
Instructions for Putty Jars
1. Scoop even amounts of base and catalyst from jars.
2. Make sure to keep base and catalyst scoops separate from
each other.
3. Knead putty thoroughly until the color is homogenous and streak free.
Note: Do not mix while wearing latex gloves: vinyl or nitrile gloves
are recommended.
4. Load mixed putty into tray.
Instructions for Putty Paks
1. Peel off lid from Putty Pak.
2. Fold base and catalyst together.
3. Squeeze product together.
4. Remove product from Pak and mix thoroughly until color is
homogenous and streak free.
Note: Do not mix while wearing latex gloves: vinyl or nitrile gloves
are recommended.
5. Load mixed putty into tray.
