TROUBLESHOOTING

Please check the following before contacting our customer service:
Place a cup of water (150 ml) in the microwave and close the door. Once the door is
securely closed, the interior lights will go out. Turn on the microwave and let it run for
one minute.
• Is the oven light on?
• Is the cooling fan running? To check, hold your hand to the ventilation slots on the
back.
• Is the glass plate turning? The plate can rotate both clockwise and
counterclockwise.
• Is the water hot after one minute?
If you answer any of these questions NO, check the socket and fuse in the fuse box. If
the socket and fuse are OK, contact our customer service or a specialist company.
