FLARING PIPE AT 37° FOR SAE-JIC COUPLINGS:
1. Prepare the machine as already described.
2. Fit the nut and bush on the pipe, take the die corresponding to the diameter of the
pipe to be flared, place it in the seat provided on the block, then insert the pipe and
close the block reinforcement lid (fig.2 pos. 3).
3. Keep the pipe pressing lightly against the stop, then start manual pumping. Continue
pumping till the pressure previously set is reached.
4. Lift the reinforcement lid, remove the pipe and the die. Release the die using the
guide provided in the top of the reinforcing lid.
5. The pipe will be perfectly flared with the guarantee of a perfect seal.
