18. Once you have finished operations always re-assemble any removed protections
before turning on the machine.
19. Always keep your hands out of the pre-assembling area when the pump is working.
When inserting the hose to pre-assemble, make sure that there is at least a
minimum distance of 120mm between the operator's hands and the pre-assembling
area.
20. Use limit:
 The machine cannot be used in an explosive environment.
 The machine cannot be used in a natural environment.
 Do not leave the machinery exposed to atmospheric agents which do not cover
the protection level of the components installed.

MACHINE CHARACTERISTICS
The UNISPEED US/FL 01 is designed to prefit rings on DIN 2353 fittings and, with the
addition of the mobile steel block called BL, to flare steel pipe to 37° for SAE-JIC
couplings. Insertion and removal of the
block are not particularly heavy.
The machine is operated by means of a manual hydraulic pump; the operating pressures
to flare the pipes and to assemble the rings are indicated in the table fixed to the
machine; the pressure adjustment can be checked visually by means of a pressure
gauge.
Briefly, the machine consists of:
 Base frame, to which the components and the protection cover are fixed.
 Spring return single-acting cylinder operating the tools. The tools for assembling of
the rings or flaring of the pipes can be easily changed.

