1 „ " OPEN/CLOSE: Open or
close CD/DVD compartment.
2 MUTE: Switch off the sound.
3 DISPLAY: Show playback status
on the screen.
4 SLOW: Slow motion. Continue
playing back the fi lm with the
„ II" key.
5 A-B: Selection of the passage to
be repeated.
6 REPEAT: Repeat titles, chapters
etc.
7 SEARCH: Access a passage
on the CD/DVD directly. Used
to activate the automatic station
search in radio mode.
8 PROGRAM: Call up DVD play
list.
9 SETUP: Start setup menu.
10 Cursor buttons:
For navigating in the screen
menu.
11 FM/AM: Switches between the
FM and AM frequency band in
radio mode.
12 SELECT: Sets the loudspeaker
levels. Press the button repea-
tedly to set the subwoofer level
and adjust the base, treble and
balance levels. The adjustments
are carried out with the VOL+/-
buttons.
13 VOL +: Increase the volume.
14 VOL-: Reduce the volume.
15 ANGLE: Select viewing angle.
16 SUBTITLE: Show/hide subtitles.
17 RESET: Resets the device. Keep
the button pressed down until
„rESEt" appears in the display.
18 RETURN: Return to previous
menu.
19 FORWARD/SCAN+::
Fast forward. In radio mode: for
tuning in to /searching for a radio
station.
20 BACKWARD/SCAN-:
Fast reverse. In radio mode: for tuning
in to /searching for a radio station.
21 TITLE: Show the title menu on
the DVD.
22 N/P: AUTO/NTSC/PAL colour
system switching.
23 L/R/ST: Changes the audio
settings. For switching between
stereo and mono in radio mode.
24 USB/CARD: USB /CARD /DVD
switching.
25 I NEXT:
To jump to the next chapter or song.
In radio mode: for running through the
stored radio stations.
26 I PREV:
To return to the previous chapter
or song. In radio mode: for running
through the stored radio stations.
27 „ " STOP: Stop playback.
28 „ II" PLAY/PAUSE:
Start playback. Freeze the
picture. Continue playing back
the fi lm with the „ II" key.
29 MENU/PBC: Displays the main
menu of the DVD/VCD. Displays
the playback control of a VCD.
30 ENTER: Confi rm the entry.
31 SOURCE: For selecting between
DVD/AV1/AV2 and TUNER.
32 ZOOM: Zoom in or out.
33 STEP/P-SCAN: Stops the pic-
ture. Pressing again shows the
next picture. Restart the fi lm with
the „ II" button. Progressive
scan/Interlace switching.
34 10+: For selecting chapters/
tracks above 9. Press again to
increase by a further 10 each
time.
35 Numerical buttons: Direct
selection of the chapter or song
number.
36 POWER: Activate standby mode.
