Automatic Reset
For your convenience, Gymform® ABS & CORE PLUS will automatically set the intensity
level to 0 if you change the programme.
NOTE: If the unit does not work properly, press the RESET button (located on the back of
the unit) to restart the unit and resume normal operation.

DO NOT WASH THE Gymform® ABS & CORE PLUS UNIT OR THE BELT: WIPE WITH
A DRY OR DAMP CLOTH.
Remove the batteries from your Gymform® ABS & CORE PLUS if you do not plan to use
it for an extended period of time.
MAINTENANCE OF ADHESIVE ELECTRODES:
Sterilize by wiping with wet fingers.
Do not immerse in water.
Keep in a cool, dry place at room temperature.

After using the device, always replace the protective plastic backings on the adhesive elec-
trodes.

Ensure the batteries are properly installed before turning the unit on.
Turn off the unit to change the batteries.
Remove the batteries if you are not going to use the device for an extended period of time.
Take the necessary precautions when disposing of the batteries. Do not expose them to fire.
