Note regarding ultrasound:
Ultrasonic frequencies extend as light, i.e. obstacles
produce "sound shadows". Ultrasonic sounds reach all
points that are visible from the loudspeaker dome.
Assembly instructions:
First of all, the basic device
batteries inserted - with cables ties or screws in the
upper area of the engine compartment in such a manner
that the light-emitting diodes can be well observed and
that the battery compartment is easily accessible. The
loudspeaker should either be mounted close to parts at
risk of being bitten or in the lower third of the engine
compartment in order to scare off the marten already when
it approaches the car (for the purpose the loudspeaker
has to be adjusted downward in the engine compartment
and point to the possible entrance openings).
Push the high-voltage contact brushes on the two-

The hood safety switch has to be mounted in such
a manner that it is pushed in when the engine bonnet
is closed (now the marten scarer can switch on) and is
not pushed in when the engine bonnet is open (high-
voltage is short-circuited, the contacts do not carry any
high-voltage). The hood safety switch is connected with
the marten scarer via a two-pole cable. In doing so, pay
attention that the eyelet is placed below the fastening
angle according to the drawing (page 1) and is tightened
then with the fastening screw. The eyelet must have an
electroconductive connection to the terminal area below
the mounting strap of the switch. Attach the 6.3 mm
accessory shoe on the lower contact stud of the switch.
The marten scarer may be switched off with it. This is
necessary if e.g. the engine bonnet is opened for a longer
time (e.g. in the showroom). Although the engine bonnet
switch de-energizes the contact brushes when the engine
bonnet is open, the marten scarer is still active and
requires electrical current. A complete disconnection is

When connecting the voltmeter, the voltmeter indicates

disconnecting the voltmeter, the storage will only be
recharged after approx. 30 sec. (The marten must have
the possibility to escape).

Points to be observed BEFORE installation:
All devices are carefully checked during and after
production. Please repeat this test before installation:
Unpack the marten scarer and place the device with the
cabling on an insulating pad (cardboard box, wooden
(it would switch off the marten scarer in not pushed in
position). Assemble the compact connector, insert the
batteries and then switch the marten scarer to "On" using

the device does not function after installation in spite
of a preliminary positive test, this is clearly due to an
installation error (assembly instructions). We provide a

Odpuzovač kun M9700 je úplně nezávislý na napájení
Vašeho motorového vozidla proudem a pracuje pomocí
vlastních zabudovaných baterií (4xUM3-AA 1,5 V).
Zařízení je řízeno mikroprocesorem a konstruováno dle
nejmodernějších poznatků.
Vysoké napětí:
Úplně
nové
je
přitom
vysokonapěťových kartáčů. Střídavě uspořádané + a -
štětiny prochází izolující srstí kuny a předávají na kůži ráz-
né elektrické údery. Po prackách a čenichu je takto plocha
působnosti mnohonásobně rozšířena o faktor kůže.
Mimo to umožňují mnohovláknové kartáče místa montáže
bez závislosti na prostředí.
Ultrazvuk:
Kuna je také rušena sinusovými ultrazvukovými tóny. Tyto
napodobují varovné skřeky zvířat, a proto jsou obzvlášť
efektivní. Pulzováním tónů se předchází navykacímu
efektu. Nové je oddělení řídicího zařízení a vysílače
ultrazvuku pro optimální, strategickou montáž (bez
překážek vyzařující ultrazvuk dole v místech vlézání kuny,
ovládací zařízení nahoře v zorném poli). Možné je umístění
v hlubokých místech díky kompletně uzavřené (100%
vodotěsné) 360° ultrazvukové kopuli, která odolává i
myčkám motorů.
Zařízení má zabudované vibrační čidlo, které za chodu
motoru vypíná ochranu proti kunám. Kromě toho je
připojen bezpečnostní kapotový spínač, který při otevření
kapoty motoru v zájmu majitele vozidla a servisních prací
ihned vybije vysokonapěťové kontaktní kartáče. Pomocí
dodatkového spínače na straně jeho pouzdra lze zařízení
v případě déle trvajících prací v motorovém prostoru
vypnout.
Pro ochranu proti nečekanému výpadku je zařízení
vybaveno signalizací „Low Battery".
Používání v souladu s účelem určení:
Odpuzování kun a jiné divoké zvěře
šokem, pulzujícím světlem a agresivními pulzujícími
ultrazvukovými frekvencemi.
Poznámka k ultrazvuku:
Ultrazvukové frekvence se šíří jako světlo, t.j. překážky
vytváří „zvukové stíny". Ultrazvukové tóny se dostanou
všude tam, odkud je viděno těleso reproduktoru.
Pokyny k montáži:
Základní zařízení by mělo být prozatím upevněno
bez
používané
baterie
prostoru kabelovými spojkami nebo šrouby tak, aby
byla možnost dobrého pozorování LED a aby byla dobře
přístupná schránka pro baterii. Reproduktor by měl být
