PIR
Recommendation: Because the PIR has a wider
coverage pattern than the camera, reduce the detector's
coverage area (2-4) with the pair of masks provided.
Place the masks on the outside of the detector on each
side of the sensor (2-5).
Note: Do not unmask the look-down zone.

Opening Detector
Note: If the detector is not mounted, do not mount it
until the camera is attached.
1.
To unlock the detector cover:
a.
Press the top of the cover tab (3-1) with your
fi nger to lift the lower edge.
b.
Lift the lower end of cover tab with your
fi nger (3-2) to open it.
c.
Insert a fl at head screwdriver in the slot
(3-3) in the cover tab opening and turn it
180° to unlock the cover. Indicator points
up (3-4).
2.
Insert a fl at head screwdriver in slot (3-5) and lift
to open the detector cover.
Note: If the detector is mounted close to the ceiling,
insert fl at head screwdriver here (3-6).

Wiring
Wire the camera module terminal block (6-1) to the detector terminal block (6-2).

The camera is pre-wired. (refer to Table 1).

Preparing Camera
1.
Remove the two screws (4-1) from the top of the detector.
2.
Remove the plastic insert (4-2) from the top of the detector.
3.
Remove the cover from camera module:
a. Insert a fl at head screwdriver in slot (4-3) and lift to open cover.
b. Grasp cover on both sides (4-4) and gently remove.

Setting DIP Switches
1.
Set the DIP switches:
a.
Timer (7-1): Select 15 sec or 90 sec camera on and relay active time.
b.
Relay (7-2): Select NO for Form "B." Select NC for Form "A."
c.
Camera (7-3): Select On to run the camera continuously. Select Alarm, and the camera operates and output to relay is active for the
duration set on the timer. Any new motion restarts the timer and the camera remains on.
2.
If the detector is not already mounted, follow the detector's mounting instructions.
3.
Replace the detector cover.
Wire Colors
To lock the cover (optional):
Blue
a.
Press the top of the cover tab (7-4) with your fi nger to lift the lower edge.
Black
Red
b.
Lift the lower end of cover tab with your fi nger (7-5) to open it.
c.
Insert a fl athead screwdriver in the cover tab opening (7-6) and turn it 180° to lock the cover. Indicator points down (6-7).
4.
Replace the camera cover:
a.
Gently replace the cover. Ensure the pins align correctly and easily with the terminal block.
Yellow
b.
Optional: Insert the tamper screw provided into the camera cover (4-5).
Red (video)
Black (GND)

Mounting Camera on Detector
1.
Slide the camera base into the slot (5-1) on top of the detector base.
2.
Replace the two screws (5-2).
3.
Thread the wiring from the camera base through the opening (5-3) in the
bottom of the camera module.
