1. Welcome to MEDIATOR PCI 1200
Thank you for purchasing the MEDIATOR PCI 1200 busboard. Please read
the manual carefully before the installation.
1.1. Hardware Features
MEDIATOR PCI 1200 is based on ELBOX high performance core logic
implementation, optimised for all Amiga turbo cards in order to deliver high
computation performance:

4 PCI slots (PCI 2.1 compatible),
•
33 MHz PCI clock (66 MHz with SharkPPC G3/G4 card),
•
32 bits PCI datapatch,
•
Busboard is mechanically compatible with Amiga 1200 in E/BOX
(Power Tower) and Infinitiv tower cases,
•
Transfer rates between PCI devices up to 132 MB/s (264 MB/s with
SharkPPC G3/G4 card),
•
Ready to run with the existing Amiga 68k and PPC accelerator cards.
Hardware in MEDIATOR PCI 1200 is compatible with all the available turbo
cards. MEDIATOR PCI 1200 ensures the maximum possible transfers for
each and every configuration of any turbo card to any PCI card.
MEDIATOR PCI may offer transfer of data from/to Amiga turbo card at the
maximum speed of up to 132 MB/s. The only practical limitation lies in the
design of the specific turbo card.
