6. TROUBLE SHOOTING
Problem
Feeder does not
power on
No buzz sound when
switched ON
Roller Stopped
Feeder is not feeding
screws
Screws are not
reaching the pick up
point.
Bit is unable to pick
up screw at pick up
point.
Screws are falling
into the machine.

Probable causes
Feeder is unplugged
Issue with Power Switch,
Motor or PCB
Several screws have fallen
into the feeder due to failure
to properly adjust the feeder.
Problem with the Motor
An unwelcome object is stuck
in the roller / Stripped Gears
Screws are not falling into the
rail due to failure to properly
adjust the feeder.
Screw has fallen into the rail
in abnormal position and the
brush has not been able to
sweep the screw.
Screw is caught at the holding
plate.
Dirty rail
Intensity of the vibration not
strong enough
Feeder is not vibrating at all
Screws fail to reach the pick
up point due to failure to
properly adjust the feeder.
Bit guide is not properly
adjusted.
Top gate and Side gate are
open.
Solution
Carefully plug the AC adaptor into the feeder
and turn the power switch back ON
Send feeder to be analyzed by manufacturer.
Stop the feeder; carefully remove the screws
that had fallen into the feeder.
Follow the instruction manual.
Send feeder to be analyzed by manufacturer.
Stop the feeder, remove unwelcome object
Send feeder to be analyzed by Manufacturer
Stop the feeder and follow the instruction
manual to properly adjust the rail.
Stop the feeder and remove screw
Follow the instruction manual to readjust the
brush if needed.
Stop the feeder and follow the instruction
manual to properly adjust the height of the
holding plate
Stop the feeder, remove rail and clean it.
Stop the feeder and follow the instructions to
adjust the intensity of the vibration
Send feeder to be analyzed by manufacturer.
Stop the feeder and follow the instruction
manual to properly adjust it.
Stop the feeder and follow the instruction
manual to properly adjust the bit guide.
Stop the feeder, remove the screws that fell
into the feeder and use the Allen key from the
Rail adjustment kit to close the Top and Side
gate as indicated in the instruction manual.
