Clear water guarantee
Our BioPressure 3000 and BioPressure 7000 pressure filters are
equipped with a high-quality UV C device and a PL-S lamp, a
special layered filter matting system and an integrated wastewater
drain as standard.
All this means we can extend a Clear Water Guarantee to
our clients.
This guarantee is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
For this guarantee to apply,
• The BioPressure Operating Instructions must be adhered to and
the correct system (filter and recommended pump) must be used
in the pond concerned, and
• From the fourth week of use no success have been achieved in
filtering the pond water, in particular in scavenging floating algae
(green water). Proof must be supplied.
Please consult your specialised dealer should you have any
problems at all with any of our products.
