ON/OFF AND TIMER KNOB
To switch the oven on and to set the cooking time; turn the knob clockwise to the desired
time (max.90 minutes). A bell will ring when the set time has elapsed and the oven will
automatically switch off.
To switch the oven off manually turn the timer knob to the position .
If the cooking time will be longer than 90 min, or independent from the timer, then set the
timer to manual position by rotating counter-clock wise.
Set the timer or the heating elements control button " • " position to switch the appliance
off.
THERMOSTAT KNOB
This knob selects the desired temperature.
FUNCTION SELECTOR KNOB
This knob is used to select from the available cooking functions, as follows:
Frying (Top Heating Element )
Cooking (Bottom Heating Element )
Cooking-Frying (Top Heating Element, Bottom Heating Element )
Rotisserie (Rotisserie Skewer)
Turn the button to" • H to switch OFF the oven.
The heating elements are not switched on until you select one cooking function.
TURBO FAN
Turn the oven heater command to to activate the turbo fan.

To bake products such as cake and pastry homogenously
To defrost

INDICATOR LIGHT

The indicator light shines when the oven is operating. When the desired temperature is
reached, the light will turn off.
