PARROT

EN
The PARROT function lets you learn any radio frames then later:
- Recognize them,
- Transmit them.
This frame must be invariant, ie with a fixed content, which excludes Rolling-code protocols.
PARROT has a learning phase where it must successively and successfully recognize the same
frame twice time. This frame is then stored permanently in saved memory. It can then be recognized
on the fly or replayed at infinity.
Choose an ID in the form of a pseudo-address X10 (A1 ... A16-P1 ... P14). The first 32 IDs A1 ...
A16 and B1 ... A16 are privileged:
- They are subject to real-time flight recognition,
- They have an «Reminder» with a user-defined content.
Choose the «ON» or «OFF» attribute for this frame.
Click on «Capture the RF frame»
The learning phase then starts, the LED should blink regularly BLUE.
The sensitivity of RFPLAYER has been reduced in order to isolate it from its environment and to
avoid malicious use of PARROT. Go to 3-4 meters of RFPLAYER with the device to learn and then
activate the transmission of the frame to be acquired. Observe the flashing LED.
If nothing happens, gradually approach from RFPLAYER.
A learned frame once results in a faster BLUE blinking. Then activate the transmission of the frame
again.
If the LED becomes PINK, the frame has been recognized as being identical to the first. The frame
is stored and the learning process is completed.
If the LED becomes RED, the frame is rejected and the learning process is restarted.
To force the learning process to exit, click the RFPLAYER lateral button (or Timeout after 2mn).
