Valve system

1. Check the valve system for visible damage, such as deformations, offset, sealing rings, etc.
2. For the screws, ensure a tightening torque of 0.9 Nm ±0.1 Nm.

3. Note the operating mode set on the pilot air cover on the right end plate.
If the pilot air is internal, continue with section 5 Test preparation (from page 29).

External pilot

If the pilot is external, an additional connection to connection X12/X14 is required on the left end
plate. For the function test, only one connection (X12 or X14) has to be supplied with compressed air.
O Make sure the operating mode is set correctly on the pilot air cover.
