5. TROUBLESHOOTING
In case of problems, always first check whether the following voltages are present with a multimeter:
• between b and a: approx. +24V DC;
• between b and P: approx. +24 V DC;

Cause
Error in the programming
Accompanying internal unit is
not properly installed.

Check and/or solution
Erase programming and perform again.
Check the wiring.
Exit programming mode.
Press the key for call suppression. The red LED
goes out and call suppression is deactivated.
Press and hold the speech key while you speak
with your visitor. Release the key to allow your
visitor to speak.
Adjust the potentiometers for the speaker and mi-
crophone on the internal or external unit until the
high-pitched tone disappears.
