Maintenance

The grease gun has been designed to oper-
ate over a long period of time with a mini-
mum of maintenance. Continuous satisfac-
tory operation depends upon proper tool
care and regular cleaning.
Your charger does not require any main-
tenance apart from regular cleaning.
WARNING

Do not perform maintenance on tool
with battery installed. Do not clean
charger with it plugged in.
NOTE
Regularly clean ventilation slots in tool
and charger using a soft brush or dry
cloth.
Regularly clean motor housing using
a damp cloth. Do not use any abrasive
or solvent-based cleaner.
Regularly open chuck and tap it to
remove any dust.
Protecting the
environment
Should you find one day that your Alemite
product needs replacement, or if it is of no
further use to you, do not dispose of it with
household waste. Make this product availa-
ble for separate collection.
Local regulations may provide for sepa-
rate collection of electrical products from
household, at municipal waste sites or by
retailer when you purchase a new product.

Run battery down completely

teries are recyclable. Take to
any authorized repair agent or local
recycling.
