with the battery lock in place.

the On/Off indicator (2) lights green. Then hold the
safety switch (3) and activate the trigger switch (4).
Stop the machine by releasing the trigger switch (4).
Automatic switch off function
The machine is equipped with a switch off function that
deactivated the machine if not used within approx. 60
seconds. The green power indicator light will switch off
too. Press the main switch (1) to restart.
7. Clothing
When using the machine, wear tight-fitting work clothes,
strong working gloves, hearing protectors, safety
goggles and boots with non-skid soles
8. Tips and advices
Trimming. See Fig. 6A
Hold the trimmer head just above the ground at an
angle. It is the end of the line that does the work. Let
the line work at its own pace. Never press the line into
the area to be cut.
Cutting. See Fig. 6B
The trimmer is ideal for cutting grass that is difficult to
reach using a normal lawn mower. Keep the line
parallel to the ground when cutting. Avoid pressing the
trimmer head against the ground as this can ruin the
lawn and damage the tool.
Do not allow the trimmer head to constantly come into
contact with the ground during normal cutting, as this
can cause damage and wear to the trimmer head.
Only bump the trimmer head against the ground to
release more nylon line.
Sweeping. Se Fig. 6C
The fan effect of the rotating line can be used for quick
and easy clearing up. Hold the line parallel to and
above the area to be swept and move the trimmer head
from right to left and opposite.
When cutting and sweeping you should use full
throttle to obtain the best results.
9. Rewinding the spool
Before any service and maintenance is done,
the power must be disconnected, it means the
battery removed from the tool.
See Fig. 7
The spool is supplied with the nylon line on it.
When need to rewind the spool with new nylon line,
follow these steps:
1.
Press the two plastic parts to remove the bottom
cover.
2.
Take out the spool
3.
Cut a piece of nylon line (2.0 mm) of maximum 3
meter (you may find it easier to practice with a
shorter line length first).
4.
Find the center of the line and loop it onto the notch
on the spool.
5.
Wind the line around the spool in the direction
indicated by the arrows. Keep each end of the line
in its own channel (no crossing). Keep the line tight
as you wind, so that the line is fitted nicely without
crossing.
Wrong winding can result in the trimmer head not
working properly.
6.
Wind the line until about 15 cm left in both sides.
Keep the line tight and fix both ends to the notches
in the spool.
7.
Put the spool back into the bottom part and put the
line ends through the holes in each side and attach
it into the machine again.
Press until a "Click" is heard.
8.
Pull both line ends when the spool is in place.
9.
Run the machine with full throttle and bump the
trimmer head gently against the ground to release
more nylon line. If too much nylon line is released,
the knife on the cutting guard will cut off the
additional line.
10. Maintenance
Before any service and maintenance is done,
the power must be disconnected, it means the
battery removed from the tool.
Remove the battery before you clean and store the
machine.
Clean the housing and other parts with a soft brush
and a moist cloth. Never use aggressive cleansers
or solvents.
Prevent water from getting into the machine.
11. Storage
Store the trimmer dry and unavailable for children. It is
recommended not to let it rest on the trimmer head.
Hang it on a wall in the handle.
