GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF APPLIANCE
The bratt pan, referred to from now on as the appli-
ance, is designed and constructed for preparing
and cooking foods in the professional catering sec-
tor.

C)Well tilting handle: for emptying out the well.

E)Control knob: turns the appliance's electricity sup-
ply on and off and sets the heating temperature.

F) Thermostat light: indicates that the safety thermo-
stat has tripped
G)Mains light: indicates that the appliance is receiving

H)Temperature light: indicates that heating of the well
is in progress.
L) Well filling switch: for filling the cooking well with

M)Adjustable water spout: directs the flow of water
