MAINTENANCE AND TROUBLESHOOTING

For maintenance and cleaning of ordinary thermosealing is sufficient to refer to the
most elementary norms of hygiene laid down in such circumstances.
- First turn off the machine and disconnect the plug from the outlet.
- If the device has just been used, wait for the cooling.
- Use a sponge slightly moistened with soapy water and dry with a clean, dry cloth.
- Do not use strong detergents, which could irreversibly alter the appearance of
plastic parts in the machine.
- Do not spray directly on the machine with nebulizers, risking damage to the
electrical parts inside.
DO NOT DO MAINTENANCE OR INSIDE REPAIR TO THE DEVICE.
DISMANTLE THE DEVICE MEANS BREAKING IT.

Diagnostics and troubleshooting:
If the device does not work properly or not at all, contact the manufacturer directly
or an authorized service centre.
It is not possible to work directly on the device.
The only work allowed is the following:
- Cleaning and disinfection (MAINTENANCE AND TROUBLESHOOTING).
These indications are in scheduled maintenance of the device for which:
- Check the status of the sealing bar is clean and free of impurities at each starting
of the device;
- Carry out the cleaning at least once a week or end of each cycle of use;
- Visual check for wear of the blade size cards.
Intervention
Check that the heads of the power cable are secure.
