6. TROUBLESHOOTING

6.1. In case of any issues, always first check whether the following voltages are present using a multimeter:
Between terminals ...
a and b
b and P
M and P
M and V1 or V2
6.2. If the problem is not solved, go through the following list of possible problems:
Problem
You hear a negative tone on the
external unit.
The image on the internal video
unit is not clear.
No image appears on the internal
video unit. Other functions are
working properly.

Keypad module
• Press C.
The following screen will appear:
• Enter the 4-digit code.
• Press .
You will hear a confirmation tone (or voice message).
• The door opens.
You will hear a beep three times (or voice message).
The residents list will reappear on the screen.
If you enter the wrong access code three times in a row, the code lock will be blocked for 180s.
the following voltage must be present
24 Vdc
26 Vdc
20 ... 27 Vdc
3 ... 6 Vdc
Cause
There is an error in the programming.
The system is still in programming mode.
The internal video unit is not connected correctly.
Conductors V1 and V2 have been reversed.
Incorrect cable:
• cable distance is too great;
• cable cross-section is too small;
• cable is not a twisted pair cable.
The wiring is not correctly configured:
• M or P is missing;
• V1 or V2 is not connected.
Display
Solution
Delete the programming and perform again.
Exit programming mode.
Check the wiring.
Reverse conductors V1 and V2.
Replace the current cable with a suitable cable.
Check the wiring (see fig. 1 wiring diagram).
