WEEE Directive

This marks on the device, its accumulator batteries and (or) packaging material indicate, that this device, its accessories

(e.g., headset, power adapter or cable) and accumulator batteries should not be disposed with your usual household waste.

Electronic devices contain substances that can be hazardous to the environment. For more detailed information about

recycling of electrical and electronic equipment, recycling and collection points, please contact your household waste disposal

service, shop, from where you purchased the equipment, or the manufacturer of the equipment.

This device can be used in the following countries:

Device warranty

The warranty is provided for your device against manufacturing defects arising during proper use within twelve (12) months (1) from

the date of purchase specified on the receipt.

This warranty also covers the accumulator batteries (2) and accessories included in the kit, but the warranty period for them is six (6)

months (1) from the date of purchase, which is specified on the receipt.

In the event of a defect detection, which disrupt the normal operation of the device, contact immediately the place of device purchase

and hand over the device together with the purchase proof.

The seller, at its sole discretion, will replace or repair the device or its part found to be defective. Repaired phone and accessories are

warranted for one (1) month for lacking the same defect (1). Repair or replacement may be carried out using reconditioned parts that

are equivalent in functionality of the broken down.

This warranty covers only the cost of parts and work, but excludes any other costs.

This warranty does not apply if damage or defects of your device and/or accessories have been caused by the following reasons

(without limitation):

1) failure to comply with the instructions for use or installation, and failure to c omply with technical and safety regulations in force

in the country of use;

(1) The warranty period may vary depending on the country.

(2) The service life of the rechargeable accumulator battery for the mobile device (including working time in the conversation mode,

waiting time and total service time) depends on the storage and use conditions as well as network configuration. The accumulator

batteries are considered consumable items and, as per the specifications, they provide optimum performance of your device within

the first six months after its purchase, approximately in the course of 200 charging cycles.

2) connecting devices, not recommended by manufacturer;

3) modification or repair performed by the staff having no any permission from manufacturer or its affiliates;

4) modification, setting or alteration of software or hardware performed by the individuals not having permission from manufacturer;

5) bad weather, lightning, fire, humidity, infiltration of liquids or foods, chemical products, files download, accidents, high voltage,

corrosion, oxidation, etc.

The phones with removed or corrected labels or serial numbers (IMEI) shall not be the subjects to warranty service.

No other warranties, whether expressed in oral or written, except this limited warranty or the mandatory warranty determined by the

local legislation, fail to exist.

In none of the cases, manufacturer or its affiliates shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages of any kind, including

but not limited to, trading losses, commercial losses, etc., provided that the abandonment of indemnity for these losses complies

with the current legislation.

In some states and countries the legislation excludes any limitations on incidental or consequential damages, or disclaimers for them,

as well as limitations on implied warranties, thus, the above limitations may not be affected.
