17. INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
Comply with safety distance between hob and hood.
(A) Air recirculation mode
(B) Exhaust air mode
Attention!
Install carbon filter C
air mode.
A Installation for circulating air filter mode
Same procedure as described under the following
chapter B. However, omit step 12.
In addition fit the carbon filters
metal grease filter.
B Installation for exhaust air mode
Before starting the installation, please remove the
grease filter and then proceed as follows:
1.
Mark the drill holes on the wall using the
supplied drilling template. Then drill an 8 mm
hole into the wall at each marked points and
place the wall plugs.
2.
Fix the bracket
B3
with
3 screws on the wall.
3.
If the cooker hood
does not have an
assembled V‐flap
assemble the V‐flap
B11 on the already
integrated exhaust air
nozzle B10.
The wall plugs supplied with the appliance are for solid masonry only.
4.
Hang the hood on the bracket B3, fix and tighten the hood onto wall through the 2 holes
backside with 2 screws.
5.
Fix the mounting bracket B4
6.
Put on the external part of the chimney shaft B6 with the fixed mounting bracket B4
7.
Push the fixed mounting bracket B4
the wall with a pencil.
8.
Remove the chimney
aside.
9.
Drill 2 holes on the wall using the 2 circles marked before as reference and insert 2 wall plugs in the
holes.
