TIG welding

5.1 Connection Diagram

The power source could be connected with one knob remote control device (RC 101), to set the welding current.
5.2 Welding Operation
NOTE: Before welding operation, the operators should inspect the equipment components and confi rm
they are in normal condition.
Step 1 Connect the power plug to the socket.
You must ground the earth wire in the power supply cable.
Step 2 Turn on the main switch.
Step 3 Select the TIG mode by pressing the button "
Step 4 Select the diameter of the tungsten according to the thickness of workpiece and the welding position.
Step 5 Set the value of current by the knob on the front panel of the power source.
Step 6 Now, start welding.
