SOSTITUZIONE DEL TUBO
ATTENZIONE: PRIMA DI EFFETTUARE QUESTE OPERAZIONI
RIAVVOLGERE COMPLETAMENTE IL TUBO E ASSICURARSI CHE LA
MOLLA SIA SCARICA.
1)
Svitare il giunto girevole agendo sul dado da 28 (figura A).
2)
Inserire una chiave a brugola da 14 nella sede esagonale del mozzo.
Svitare le due viti trattenendo in senso antiorario la chiave a brugola in
modo da contrastare l'azione della molla (figura B).
3)
Togliere le 4 viti di chiusura dei due semigusci.
4)
Togliere il semiguscio e la bocchetta (figura C).
5)
Estrarre il tamburo assicurandosi che il nottolino sia fuori dalla
cremagliera.
6)
ATTENZIONE: NON APRIRE LA SCATOLA PORTAMOLLA.
LA MOLLA DEVE ESSERE RIPARATA O SOSTITUITA SOLO DA
TECNICI ABILITATI.
7)
Capovolgere il tamburo, smontare il nottolino e la molla (figura D).
8)
Sollevare il coperchio facendo leva con due cacciaviti inseriti negli ap-
positi intagli (figura E).
9)
Svitare il raccordo e sostituire il tubo.
10) Avvolgere il nuovo tubo sul tamburo, inserirlo attraverso la bocchetta e
montare il tampone fine corsa a circa 30 cm. dall' estremità.
11) Rimontare l'avvolgitubo seguendo le operazioni inverse.
Ingrassare eventualmente i supporti ed il nottolino.
12) Dopo aver assemblato i semigusci inserire una chiave a brugola nella
sede esagonale del mozzo. Ruotare la chiave in senso antiorario por-
tando il tampone di arresto a contatto della bocchetta.
Precaricare la molla continuando a ruotare per 3 giri in senso antiorario
(2 giri per MD203812).
13) Trattenere la chiave e bloccare il mozzo con le due viti (figura F).
Rimontare il giunto girevole avendo cura di ingrassarlo.
Verificare il buon funzionamento. Se il tubo non rientra o non fuoriesce
completamente, aggiustare la tensione della molla (punto 12).
Far scorrere il tampone di arresto alla distanza voluta dall'estremità
del tubo.

REMPLACEMENT DU TUYAU
ATTENTION: AVANT D'EFFECTUER TOUTE OPERATION, REENROULEUR
COMPLETEMENT LE TUYAU ET S'ASSURER QUE LE RESSORT EST
TOTALEMENT DETENDU.
1)
Dévisser le raccord tournant en débloquant l'écrou de 28 (figure A).
2)
Insérer une clé hexagonale de 14 dans le 6 pans du moyeu du ressort.
Dévisser les 2 vis de fixation en maintenant en sens contraire la clé 6 pans
pour contrecarrer l'action du ressort (figure B).
3)
Enlever les 4 vis de fixation des 2 demi-carters.
4)
Retirer le couvercle et l'embout guide-tuyau (figure C).
5)
Extraire le tambour en s'assurant que le cliquet est sorti de la crémaillère.
6)
ATTENTION: NE PAS OUVRIR LE CARTER DU RESSORT
LES OPÉRATIONS DE RÉPARATION OU DE REMPLACEMENT DU
RESSORT NE DOIVENT ETRE EFFECTUÉES QUE PAR DES TECHNICIENS
HABILITÉS.
7)
Retourner le tambour et démonter le cliquet et le ressort de cliquet (figure D).
8)
Soulever le couvercle en faisant levier à l'aide de deux tournevis insérés dans
les orifices appropriés (figure E).
9)
Dévisser le raccord et remplacer le tuyau.
10) Enrouler le nouveau tuyau sur le tambour, l'insérer dans les rouleaux de guidage
et monter la butée de fin de course à environ 30 cm. de l'extrémité.
11) Monter de nouveau l'enrouleur suivant les opérations inverses. Graisser
éventuellement les supports et le cliquet.
12) Après avoir assemblé les demi-carter, insérer une clé hexagonale dans le trou
du moyeu. Tourner la clé dans le sens inverse des aiguilles d'une montre, de
sorte que la butée de fin de course soit en contact avec l'embout guide-tuyau.
Précontraindre le ressort en continuant à tourner la clé pour 3 tours dans le
sens inverse des aiguilles d'une montre (2 tours pour MD203812).
13) Retenir la clé et bloquer le moyeu par les deux vis (figure F). Monter de
nouveau le joint tournant après l'avoir graissé.
Vérifier le bon fonctionnement, si le tuyau ne rentre ou ne sorte pas
complètement, réajuster la tension du ressort (point 12).
Faire glisser la butée de fin de course à la distance demandée de l'extrémité
du tuyau.

REPLACEMENT OF THE HOSE
WARNING: BEFORE REPLACING THE HOSE, MAKE SURE THE HOSE
IS COMPLETELY REWOUND AND THAT THE SPRING IS FULLY
UNLOADED.
1)
Loosen the swivel joint working on the nut, by 28 wrench (picture A).
2)
Insert a 14 hex wrench into the axle of the reel.
Loosen the two screws keeping back the hex wrench in anticlockwise
way, in order to oppose the spring action (picture B).
3)
Remove the 4 screws which lock the two side bodies.
4)
Remove the side body and the rollers support (picture C).
5)
Take out the drum. Be sure that the ratchet hook is out of the rack.
6)
WARNING: DO NOT OPEN THE SPRING HOUSING BOX.
THE SPRING MAY ONLY BE REPAIRED OR REPLACED BY
QUALIFIED TECHNICIANS.
7)
Turn the drum upside down and disassemble the ratchet hook and spring
(picture D).
8)
Lift the lid out by inserting two screwdrivers into the slots (picture E).
9)
Loosen the connection and replace the hose.
10) Wind the new hose onto the drum, insert it through the roller support and
mount the hose rubber stop about 30 cm. from the end.
11) Reassemble the hose reel, by following the above steps in reverse order.
Lubricate the supports and ratchet hook if necessary.
12) Insert the hex wrench into the axle after the side bodies have been
attached. Turn the wrench anti-clockwise and bring the hose rubber stop
into contact with the roller support.
Pre-load the spring while continuing to turn anti-clockwise the wrench
for 3 turns (2 turns for MD203812).
13) Hold the hex wrench firm and lock the shaft by securing the two
screws (picture F). Mount the swivel joint after lubricating it. Check to
make sure that the reel works correctly. If the hose does not rewind or
does not withdraw completely, adjust the spring tension as in step 12.
When complete, place the hose rubber stop at the desired distance from
the end of the hose.

ERSETZEN DES SCHLAUCHES
ACHTUNG: BEVOR MAN DIE SCHLAUCHROLLE ZERLEGT,
MUSS MAN DEN SCHLAUCH AUFROLLEN UND DIE FEDER
ENTSPANNEN.
1)
Spannmutter (Nr. 28) lösen, wie auf Bild A.
2)
Mit einem 14mm Imbusschlüssel in Spannmutter einsetzen, Feder
festhalten und dann die 2 Spannmutter-Sicherheits-schrauben
lösen. Auf der Feder weiterhin Gegendruck leisten, wie auf Bild
B.
3)
Die 4 Schrauben lösen, die die Halbmonde halten.
4)
Mit dem Schlauchalter einen Halbmond entfernen, wie auf Bild
C.
5)
Die Trommel entfernen, wenn der Trommelhalter frei ist.
6)
ACHTUNG: DAS FEDERGEHAUSE NICHT OFFNEN. DIE
FEDER DARF NUR VON FACHLEUTEN ODER ERSETZT
WERDEN.
7)
Die Trommel um 180° drehen und die Feder und den Federhalter
entfernen, wie auf Bild D.
8)
Mit 2 Schraubenziehern den Deckel öffnen, wie auf Bild E.
9)
Den Schlauchhalter lösen und den Schlauch ersetzen.
10) Den Schlauch wieder auf die Trommel aufrollen und den
Schlauchstopper 30cm vor dem Ende des Schlauches montieren.
11) Den Schlauch wieder aufrollen indem man die Arbeitsgänge
umgekehrt wiederholt, evtl. Gelenke und Welle fetten.
12) Nachdem man die Halbmonde zusammengebaut hat, mit einem
Imbusschlüssel die Spannmutter im Gegenuhrzeigersinn drehen
bis der Schlauchstopper an den Schlauchhalter gelangt.Dann
in gleicher Richtung 3 Umdrehungen (2 Umdrehungen für den
Typ MD203812).
13) Mit dem Imbusschlüssel die Spannmutter halten und mit 2
Schrauben blockieren, wie auf Bild F. Bevor man den
Schlauchhalter wieder montiert die Gelenke fetten. Kontrollieren
ob alles richtig funktioniert. Wie auf Pos. 12 zuletzt den
Schlauchstopper in gewünschter Länge einstellen.
