Warranty - EMAG Emmi-05P Bedienungsanleitung

This product is warranted for 24 months from the date of purchase. Defects that occur during this war-
ranty period in the form of material and/or manufacturing defects will be repaired free of charge, either
by repair or by replacement. To the extent permitted by law, other claims for compensation are exclu-
ded. The guarantee does not apply to the intervention of third parties, and third-party sites without our
prior consent. The guarantee does not apply even in the case of arbitrary damage or incorrect handling.
The warranty period is not extended when a guarantee is provided. For unjustified complaints, such as
installation or operating errors, we reserve the right to charge for the costs incurred. In order to claim the
guarantee, it is necessary to keep the proof of purchase with the date of purchase. To ensure processing
of your warranty claims, please send the device, independent of the specialist dealer, with proper posta-
ge directly to EMAG AG. Only prepaid shipments can be accepted for logistical reasons.
