5. CLEANING CONCENTRATES
Examples for the cleaning of objects by means of ultrasound:
• Jewelry, hearing AIDS parts, eyeglasses (please note: Avoid direct contact of the glasses with
the stainless steel bottom!)
• Ink Pens, Drawing Tools
• Dental Prostheses, Braces
• Shaving heads of electric shavers
• Precision mechanical parts, weapon parts (e.g. magazines, cartridge sleeves, ring pins, springs
Cleaning accessories
For most respective cleaning processes there are different chemical cleaning concentrates which
intensify the cleaning process. You can buy these cleaning accessories from the source where you have
bought your equipment, or you may buy it at www.emag-germany.de.
EMAG AG recommends the following concentrated concentrates for the respective purpose:
EM 070 - Dental applications in laboratories, or at home, 1 to 2%.
EM 080 - Eyeglasses, jewelry, ink pens, small tools and instruments, small precision engineering parts,
razor heads etc. (except contact lenses), 1 to 5%.
EM 100 - De-oxidation concentrate for silver.
EM 200 - Disinfection concentrate for instruments etc., 1%.
EM 202 - Recommended for: Lime, rust, silicate, metal oxide, phosphate, 5%.
EM 300 - Super plus - extreme cleaner for difficult cases (i.e. settings, sockets, shells, weapon parts,
brass), 1 to 3%.
EM 303 - Super, cleaner for printed circuit boards, 1 to 5 %.
EM 404 - special cleaner for aluminum and cast iron (carburetor, motors etc.), 1 to 5%.
EM 600 - Recommended for: Color mist, fats, oils, pigments, wax, 1-10%.
EM 700 - Recommended for: Contaminations, anti-oxidizing, 5%.
