GCS (Grinder Control System)
This coffee grinder is equipped with an electronic
control system for the digital programming of
grinding time and grind fineness. Moreover, it can
be adjusted automatically by connecting it to Dalla
Corte evo2 or Ddc pro coffee machines through a
serial cable.

Setting up for installation

WARNING
The installation must be carried out in compliance with laws in force, following the manufacturer's
instructions and by qualified professionals only. A wrong installation of the appliance can damage
people, animals and things. The manufacturer cannot be held responsible for damages caused by
a wrong installation.
The appliance shall be installed next to the coffee
machine on a stable and safe bearing surface
(30 x 40 cm) and a minimum clearance of 70 cm
shall be left above it. A 10-16 amp, single-phase
power socket compliant with local laws must also
be present.
After unpacking the appliance, check it is undama-
ged and that no parts are missing. If you are in any
doubt, do not use it.
Packing elements shall never be left within reach
of children, since they are potentially dangerous.
Before plugging the appliance into the electric sys-
tem, check that technical data on the identification

plate match with those of the installation place.
This system controls and adjusts coffee grind
fineness by means of the espresso machine.
The machine monitors every coffee extraction: if
extraction parameters do not correspond to the set
ones, it sends the coffee grinder an order to modify
grind fineness and grinding time.
In case it is necessary to change the appliance
power cable, consult the appliance installer.
