Maintenance

Shut off water supply
Inspect and clean all components and replace if necessary.
I. Battery
Batteries which are almost discharged are indicated
by a flashing indicator lamp.
1. Remove screw (G) and remove fitting housing (E) from wall,
see fold-out page II, Fig. [10].
2. Remove battery housing (D) and disconnect plug-in
connection.
3. Remove lid (D1) of battery housing (D), as shown
in Fig. [10].
4. Remove battery (D2) and replace.
Assemble in reverse order.
II. Solenoid valve
1. Remove screw (G) and remove fitting housing (E) from wall,
see fold-out page II, Fig. [11].
2. Disconnect plug-in connection between electronics and
solenoid valve (B).
3. Remove solenoid valve housing (A) with solenoid valve (B)
and replace.
Assemble in reverse order.

continuously • Thermal disinfection activated
Undesired water flow • Sensor system detection zone set too
high for local conditions
• Automatic flushing activated
Flow rate too low • Mousseur dirty
• Filter in solenoid valve dirty
• Main shut-off valve not fully open
• Water supply restricted
III. Filter
1. Remove screw (G) and remove fitting housing (E)
from wall, see fold-out page II, Fig. [11].
2. Disconnect plug-in connection between electronics
and solenoid valve (B).
3. Remove solenoid valve (B) and clean filter (B1),
see Fig. [12].
Assemble in reverse order.

Disposal note

Dispose of batteries in accordance with national
regulations.
Remedy
- Main shut-off valve open
- Clean filter
- Replace solenoid valve
- Attach plug-in connector
- Replace battery
- Attach plug-in connector
- Hold hands directly under the spout
- Deactivate cleaning mode or wait 3 minutes
- Replace solenoid valve
- Wait 3.5 or 11 minutes
- Reduce range using remote control
(special accessory, Prod. No.: 36 206)
- Wait 1 - 10 minutes
- Clean or replace mousseur
- Clean filter
- Fully open main shut-off valve
- Check supply lines
