• After the connecting operations, verify the connections hold with a soapy solution
Electric connection (Fig.12)
The appliance must be connected to the electric network verifying that the voltage corresponds to the value indicated on the characte-
ristics label and that the section of the electric plant cables can support the load indicated in the same label.
Should the appliance be connected directly to the network, it is necessary to interpose an omnipolar switch between the appliance and
the network, with minimum opening between the contact of 3 mm, measured for the load and in conformity to the normatives in force.

Do not use reductions, adaptors or diverters for the network connection, in that they might overheat and cause burning.
• The earthing of the appliance is compulsory. The manufacturer declines any responsibility deriving from the non compliance
with such rule.
In case replacing the power supply cable, use a cable having the same characteristics as the one supplied, suitable to the load and
temperature (like T90°C) and must be requested from the assistance centre. It is also necessary that the extremity which leads to the
appliance has a Yellow - Green earth wire longer than the others by 20 mm.

ADAPTATION TO THE DIFFERENT TYPES OF GAS
Whenever it should be necessary to adapt the surface to a gas different from that it was prearranged for, the injectors must be replaced.
In case the replacement injectors are not supplied, they can be found at the Assistance Centres.
The choice of the injectors to be replaced must be made according to the injectors table.
The injectors are recognisable with the diameter, expressed in hundredth of mm, stamped on the body of the same injectors.
Replacement of the injectors
• Remove the grills and the surface burner cap
• With a fixed key replace the "J" injectors (fig. 11) with those suitable for the gas to be used.
• Re-mount the burners.
The burners do not require the adjustment of the primary air.
Adjustment of the minimum
After having replaced the injectors, switch on the burner and remove the handle.
Bring the tap to the minimum position, insert a screwdriver inside the rod: tighten to reduce the flame, unscrew to increase it.
For the G30/G31 gas, completely tighten the adjusting screw
In any case, the result should be a small homogenous and regular flame along the whole crown of the burner.
Finally verify that, by quickly rotating the tap from the maximum to the minimum position, the flame does not go off.
In case of burners with safety, verify that the flame slightly licks the thermocouple.
Verify the correct adjustment leaving the burner on for a few minutes.
If this switches off increase the minimum.
