talled or programmed incorrectly. SimonsVoss Technologies GmbH
will assume no liability for the consequences of incorrect installation,
such as denied access to injured persons or persons at risk, damage
to property or any other form of damage.

SimonsVoss products must be installed in compliance with the ESD
(electrostatic discharge) Directive. Contact with the circuit boards and
the integrated switching circuits should be avoided in particular.

If the CompactReader is used outside or is likely to come into contact
with moisture use the .WP version only.

Avoid installing the CompactReader on metal if possible.
·
We reserve the right to make changes and technical improvements.

This documentation was compiled to the best of our knowledge, but
we cannot rule out the possibility of errors. We will accept no liability
for this.

If there are deviations in the content of foreign language versions of

COMMISSIONING.
Batteries are already installed in the CompactReader.
Install CompactReaders at least 1m apart.
1. Remove the CompactReader from its box.
2. Remove the upper and lower shells of the housing.
3. Program the CompactReader using LSM 3.1 SP 1 (including the
