Το περίβλημα συμμορφώνεται με τις διατάξεις για IP65, πράγμα το
οποίο σημαίνει ότι το Θερμαντήρας αέρα είναι δυνατόν να πλυθεί με
νερό και είναι στεγανό στη σκόνη.

Η μέγιστη θερμαντική ισχύς είναι 1750 W.
Προστασία υπερθέρμανσης του SR 99H
Η προστασία υπερθέρμανσης ενεργοποιείται στους 95 °C περίπου.
Σωλήνας παροχής πεπιεσμένου αέρα
Τα ακόλουθα μοντέλα σωλήνων φέρουν έγκριση τύπου για χρήση με
όλες τις συσκευές με τροφοδοσία πεπιεσμένου αέρα της Sundström.
• SR 358. Πλαστικός σωλήνας 9,5/15 mm, κατασκευάζεται από PVC
με ενίσχυση πολυεστέρα. Ανθεκτικό σε έλαια και χημικές ουσίες.
Μήκος 5 30 m.
• SR 359. Ελαστικός σωλήνας 9,5/18 mm, κατασκευάζεται από EPDM/
πολυεστέρα. Αντιστατικό, ανθεκτικό στη θερμότητα. Μήκος 5
30 m. Ο θερμαντήρας αέρα SR 99H της Sundström, πρέπει να
χρησιμοποιείται πάντα με το SR 359.
• SR 360. Πλαστικός σπειροειδής σωλήνας, τύπου σπιράλ 8/12 mm,
κατασκευάζεται από πολυουρεθάνη. Μήκος 2, 4, 6 και 8 m.

1. General information
Breathable air must meet at least the following purity
requirements:
• the impurities must be maintained at a minimu m, and must never
exceed the hygienic limit value.
• the content of mineral oil must be so low that no smell of oil will
be detectable (the odour limit is around 0.3 mg/m
• the dew point of the air must be so low that no water will be
precipitated out and no freezing will occur inside the equipment.

12021:1998 and possibly other national regulations.

2. Applications
The compressed air filter SR 99 is used for converting ordinary
compressed air into clean, breathable air. It is also suitable whenever
clean air is needed for pneumatic instruments and tools. Air heater
SR 99H is placed after a compressed air filter (SR 49, SR 79 or SR
99), Fig 11. The purpose of the air heater is to warm up the clean air.

The main components of the compressed air filter SR 99 are the
regulator with pre-collector (2), drain bowl (3) and filter (9, 10).
Coarser particles (oil, water, dirt) are removed by centrifugal sepa-
ration in the pre-collector. After the pre-collector, the air flows
through the filter, in which even very small particles, as well as
gases, vapours and odours, are removed. The filter is a replace-
able filter element consisting of a central activated carbon filter
section (9), surrounded by two particle filters (10). In the SR 99H,
the air flows through a heater element (4) in which it is heated to
the required temperature. The temperature is controlled by means
of the control unit (6).
