4. SUŠIČKA VZDUCHU
Typ "Comfort plus" je standardně dodáván se sušičkou
stlačeného vzduchu.
Návod na obsluhu a údržbu sušičky je dodáván samostatně.
Upozornění : Při vypnuté sušičce (kompresoru) nesmí přes
ní proudit stlačený vzduch, může dojít k jejímu
poškození !

KRYT

Kryt chrání soustrojí před nepříznivými vlivy okolí a zároveň
omezuje hluk vznikající při chodu stroje. Kryt má otevírací nebo
odnímatelné panely, které umožňují přístup ke všem částem
kompresoru. Vnitřní plochy krytu jsou vylepeny protihlukovou
izolací. Sání a výfuk chladícího vzduchu jsou vedeny lomenými
kanály, které zabraňují přímému výstupu hluku z kompresoru.
Podmínkou správné funkce a účinnosti přetlakového chlazení
kompresoru je uzavření všech krytů.
Upozornění !
V žádném případě nesmí být odstraňovány tepelné a protihlukové
izolace včetně těsnících profilů na krytech !
CONDESATE DRYER
The standard compressor design "Comfort plus" is supplied with a
condensate dryer.
Original Instructions for operation and maintenance of the dryer are
supplied separate.
Cautions : Avoid leaving the dryer (compressor) stopped
when compressed air flows through !!!
COVER
The cover pretects the machine against adverse surrounding
environment and at the same time, it reduces noise of machine
running. The cover has opening or removable panels enabling
access to all compressor parts. Inner surfaces of the cover are
provided with sound insulation. Suction and exhaust of cooling air is
led through pointed channels avoiding direct noise outlet from the
compressor.
For proper function and efficiency of compressor overpressure
cooling, it is necessary to close all covers.
Caution !
Under no circumstances, thermal and sound insulation incl. sealing
profiles of covers must be removed !

KÄLTETROCKNER
Standardausführung "Comfort plus" des Kompressors wird mit dem
Kältetrockner geliefert.
Die originalbedienungs- und Wartungsanleitung vom Kältetrockner wird
separat geliefert.
Hinweis : Wenn der Kältetrockner (Kompressor) ausgeschaltet
ist, sollte keine Druckluft durch ihn strömen !!!
GEHÄUSE
Das Gehäuse schützt die Maschine
Umgebungseinflüssen und reduziert gleichzeitig den Lärm, der beim Lauf
der Maschine entsteht. Das Gehäuse verfügt über aufmachbare bzw.
abnehmbare Abdeckungen, die einen Zugang zu allen Teilen des
Kompressors ermöglichen. Die Innenflächen des Gehäuses sind mit
Lärmschuztfolie beklebt. Das Ansaugen und Ausblasen der Kühllufterfolgt
durch geknickte Kanäle, welche den direkten Lärmaustritt aus dem
Kompressor verhindern.
Für mangelfreie Funktion und Wirksamkeit der Überdruckkühlung des
Kompressors müssen alle Abdeckungen geschlossen sein.
Hinweis !
Die Schutzabdeckungen, Wärme- und Lärmschutzisolierung einschl.
Abdichtungsprofile auf den Abdeckungen darf auf keinen Fall entfernt
werden !
